If you receive damaged items from one of our couriers, DO NOT accept package and/or sign off waybill to indicate that goods were received in good order. Courier will be required to reimburse you for the damaged items. Contact Folkgraphis immediately to place replacement order.
Please note that it is much more difficult to get a refund from the transportation companies if the package is accepted in good order at the destination. Check your packages carefully!
If package in accepted and product damage is noted after the fact and is not courier damage, report this immediately to Folkgraphis (within 72 hours). Folkgraphis will then send out replacement items and credit will be applied to your account once damaged items are returned.
